1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the A.I.M.A Program, owned and operated by Skillintellect LLP.
1.2 By paying the booking fee, enrolling, or continuing to access the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
1.3 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not make payment, enroll, or access any part of the Program.
1.4 These Terms apply to all Participants, including those enrolling under the early-bird offer, the "Pay As You Learn" installment plan, or any other pricing structure offered for the Program.
2. Purpose of the Program
2.1 The Program is an educational offering designed to help Participants build AI, automation, and AI-powered productivity skills across five structured levels, delivered via live sessions, recordings, assignments, capstone projects, and bonus modules.
2.2 The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to salary increases, promotions, job offers, income generation, or career results. Stated outcomes referenced in marketing material (e.g. salary hikes, promotions) are illustrative and based on individual past participants' efforts; results depend entirely on the Participant's own effort, execution, and external factors beyond the Company's control.
3. Enrollment and Payment Terms
3.1 Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the booking fee of ₹1,899 + 18% GST ("Booking Amount").
3.2 Following enrollment, the remaining Program fee is payable via 12 additional monthly, zero-interest installments of ₹1,899 + 18% GST each ("Installments"). Together with the Booking Amount, this brings the total number of payments to 13, and the total Program fee to ₹24,687 + 18% GST, inclusive of the Booking Amount, unless otherwise communicated in writing by the Company at the time of enrollment.
3.3 The Company may, at its discretion, also offer a one-time full payment option in place of the installment plan ("Full Payment"). All terms in this policy that apply to Installments apply equally to Full Payment.
3.4 Payment of the Booking Amount constitutes your binding commitment to pay all remaining Installments (or the Full Payment) in accordance with the agreed schedule, regardless of your subsequent attendance, usage, or completion of the Program, unless a refund is approved under Clause 4.
3.5 Failure to pay any Installment by its due date may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Program, without any obligation on the Company to refund amounts already paid, and without waiving your obligation to pay outstanding amounts where applicable under the agreed payment plan.
4. Refund Policy (Conditional)
4.1 The Company offers a conditional refund on payments made towards the Program (Booking Amount, Installments, and/or Full Payment). A refund request will be honored only if both of the following conditions are satisfied as on the date of the request:
- The Participant has not logged into, accessed, or otherwise used the Learning Management System (LMS) hosted at learn.navinparmar.in, in any manner whatsoever; AND
- The Participant has not attended any of the live mentorship sessions conducted on a weekly basis as part of the Program.
4.2 If either of the above conditions is not met — that is, the Participant has accessed the LMS at learn.navinparmar.in even once, or has attended one or more live mentorship sessions — the payments made towards the Program become non-refundable in full, regardless of the extent of such access or attendance, and regardless of the reason for the refund request, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind, personal circumstances, or loss of interest;
- Dissatisfaction with the content, delivery, trainer, or format of the Program;
- Non-completion of recordings, assignments, or capstone projects;
- Failure to achieve any salary hike, promotion, job offer, or other career outcome;
- Technical issues, internet connectivity, or device limitations on the Participant's end;
- Termination of access due to a violation of these Terms;
- Non-payment, late payment, or default on Installments leading to suspension of access.
4.3 To request a refund, the Participant must contact the Company in writing before accessing the LMS or attending any live mentorship session. The Company reserves the right to verify LMS access logs and session attendance records to confirm eligibility under Clause 4.1 before approving any refund.
4.4 Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable time to the original mode of payment, and the Participant's access to the Program (LMS, live sessions, recordings, community, and bonuses) will be immediately and permanently revoked. Any outstanding, unpaid Installments will also stand waived.
4.5 This is a digital education service. Once eligibility for a refund is lost under Clause 4.2, the service is deemed delivered and is non-returnable, irrespective of the extent to which it is actually used thereafter.
4.6 This refund policy applies specifically to the A.I.M.A Program and supersedes any general no-refund or other refund policy referenced in any other Company document, page, or program, unless that other document expressly states it applies to the A.I.M.A Program.
4.7 Refund Process
- Email us your refund request at support@navinparmar.in if the conditions in Clause 4.1 are met.
- We will verify whether the conditions are met and revert accordingly.
- Once you write to us, Skill Nation (Skillintellect LLP) can take up to 15 days to process the request.
5. Eligibility
- Participant must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract (or enrolled with the consent of a parent/guardian where applicable).
- Participant must have access to a computer/smartphone, internet connection, and any required software/tools.
- Participant must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration and payment.
- The Company may refuse enrollment, or suspend or terminate access, for false information, misconduct, or violation of these Terms — without any obligation to refund any amount paid.
6. Scope of Access and Usage
6.1 Access to the Program is personal, non-transferable, limited, and revocable. It is granted solely for the Participant's individual educational use.
6.2 The Participant must not share login credentials, redistribute Program materials, record and share session content publicly, commercially exploit Program content, or attempt to bypass platform access controls.
6.3 Any violation of Clause 6.2 may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action.
6.4 Access to live sessions, recordings, bonuses, and certifications is subject to the Participant remaining current on all due Installments under the agreed payment plan.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Company is not liable for outcomes affected by external factors such as economic conditions, hiring freezes, employer decisions, restructuring, or the Participant's individual circumstances.
7.2 Results depend on the Participant's own effort, consistency, and execution of what is taught.
7.3 The Company's maximum liability under these Terms, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Participant for the Program.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 All Program content — including session recordings, slides, templates, prompts, frameworks, and capstone project material — remains the intellectual property of the Company.
8.2 Participants receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Program content for personal educational purposes only.
8.3 Unauthorized reproduction, resale, public distribution, or commercial use of Program content may result in termination of access (without refund) and legal action.
9. Modifications to the Program or Terms
9.1 The Company may modify, update, or restructure Program content, schedule, or delivery format at its discretion, provided the core value of the Program is not materially reduced.
9.2 The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will apply prospectively; continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9.3 No modification to the Program or these Terms creates any right to a refund.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All disputes and legal matters arising out of any transaction, payment, or usage of the Program, including payments processed through the Company's integrated payment gateway, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By making any payment or proceeding with enrollment, the Participant agrees to comply with applicable Indian law and acknowledges Mumbai, Maharashtra as the designated legal jurisdiction.
11. Acknowledgment
By paying the Booking Amount, enrolling, or continuing to access the Program, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms in full, including the conditional refund policy in Clause 4;
- You understand that a refund on the Booking Amount, any Installment, or any Full Payment is available only if you have neither accessed the LMS at learn.navinparmar.in nor attended any live mentorship session, and that no refund will be issued once either condition is no longer met;
- You enter into the Installment commitment (where applicable) as a binding payment obligation, not a trial;
- You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company, and that doing so without cause may be treated as a violation of these Terms;
- You will not hold the Company liable beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.
